Prior to his matriculation in law school, Parekh graduated from Amityville Memorial High School with honors in 1999, and subsequently graduated college in 2003 from The George Washington University, where he earned a dual degree in economics and international affairs with magna cum laude honors. As an undergraduate, Parekh was elected by the student body to serve as both a Governor and a Senator At- Large. In law school, Parekh was selected to serve on the University of Pennsylvania American Inn of Court.
