On Thursday, January 4, 7 to 9 p.m. a program entitled A New Year, A New You: The Health Way will address the reasons why body cleansing is necessary in today's world, what a good body cleanse really does and how it makes you feel. Learn the benefits of detoxification and cleansing naturally with raw foods and juices with Master Raw Food Chef and Detoxification Counselor Mary E. Davis, C.C.H.T.C.N.C.

A program on Iceland: Land of Fire and Ice will be offered Wednesday, January 10, 7 to 9 p.ml.

John Pappas of All-State Driving School will give the mandatory five-hour prelicensing course Saturday, January 13, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Upon completion of the course, attendees will receive the MV-278 certificated required to schedule a road test. A $30 fee payable to All-State Driving School by cash or money order only is due the day of the class. Participants must bring their valid New York State photo learner's permit.
