Amityville resident Sewall S. "Jack" Shaw Jr. was 96 when he died October 17, 2007 at his home in Fort Myers, Florida. He had lived in Baldwin for many years, before moving to Amityville to live with his daughter's family. Born August 8, 1911 in Brooklyn to Sewall S.
