On Thursday, January 4, 7 to 9 p.m. a program entitled A New Year, A New You: The Health Way will address the reasons why body cleansing is necessary in today's world, what a good body cleanse really does and how it makes you feel. A program on Iceland: Land of Fire and Ice will be offered Wednesday, January 10, 7 to 9 p.ml.

John Pappas of All-State Driving School will give the mandatory five-hour prelicensing course Saturday, January 13, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Upon completion of the course, attendees will receive the MV-278 certificated required to schedule a road test. A $30 fee payable to All-State Driving School by cash or money order only is due the day of the class. Participants must bring their valid New York State photo learner's permit.
