The Copiague Memorial Public Library will participate in the Toys for Tots Program sponsored by the United States Marine Corps Reserve. A collection box will be located in the Library for patrons to place new, unwrapped toys that they wish to donate to this meaningful cause. The final day for donations will be Thursday, December 14.

A seminar in long term health care insurance will be presented Thursday, December 14, 7 to 8:30 p.m. by Cynthia Russell, a representative from the Cornell Cooperative Extension to educate you about long-term care expenses, financing options and New York State Partnership for long Term Care. All information is provided solely for the purpose of educating the consumer in regard to their choices for financing their long-term care needs,with particular emphasis on the role of long-term care insurance.
