Broadlawn Manor receives Deficiency Free Survey

Gerard Kaiser, Vice President of Senior Services and Administrator of Broadlawn Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is proud to announce for the second consecutive year a deficiency-free annual survey by the New York State Department of Health.

The annual survey held in October consisted of a review of all facets of the operation including documentation review, observation of care and services provided, environmental, interviews with staff, residents and families, and a fire safety review.

Kaiser stated, “this is a great accomplishment and I am extremely proud of the entire staff for their hard work and dedication. Broadlawn Manor has a history of excellence but it is very rewarding when our quality care and compassion are validated.”
