Correction

A cover article in last week’s paper incorrectly stated that a proposal for the construction of a retail center on the south side of Merrick Road at Ketcham Avenue included a used car lot. In fact, the proposal is to replace the used car lot that is currently there. A planning board hearing on that application will be held tonight, Wm. Kay Memorial Building, Greene Avenue, Court room. It begins at 8 p.m.
