Students help feed families for Thanksgiving

St. Martin of Tours in Amityville helped feed families for Thanksgiving. The third g r a d e brought in some Halloween candy and cup cakes and other goodies to sell to each other during snack time. They did this to raise money to buy turkeys. The classes raised $270 and were able to purchase 32 turkeys. The

classes brought the turkeys to St. Martin's Parish Outreach. Thanks to

these wonderful children, 32 less fortunate families were able to also enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner.
