Marjorie Koop, R.N.: 63-year Amityville Resident

Longtime Amityville resident Marjorie Koop died October 28, 2006 at the Hospice House in Auburn. She was 84 years old.

Born in Amityville on July 16, 1922, she later graduated from Long Island Hospital as a Registered Nurse in 1943. After living in Amityville for 63 years, she retired to Lovell, Maine with her

husband, Andrew.

Mrs. Koop leaves behind her husband, Andrew; her children: Nancy Zabel and Stephen; her four grandchildren; as well as other loved ones and friends.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family, overseen by Wood Funeral Home, Fryeburg, Maine.
