It's time to adopt a lamp post

The Amityville Park Commission, an active volunteer committee dedicated to the beautification of Amityville, is inviting you to come join the fun and help make the friendly Bay Village even more beautiful this fall. You will be able to decorate a Village lamppost with corn stalks and a seasonal bow. Please bring your friends, family, coworkers and community service group or just come by yourself. All are welcome.

The Park Commission will supply everything you need including hot apple cider and cookies for all participants. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and community spirit. The event will be held Wednesday, October 25, 4 to 7 p.m. with a rain date of Thursday,October 26, 4 to 7 p.m. Meet at the Gazebo.
