Grease is the Word
For the second time in three years the Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts (BACCA) honored the Theater Department at the Walter G. O'Connell Copiague High School in the Copiague School District for its spring theater production.
At the Teen Theatre Awards ceremony hosted by BACCA and the Town of Babylon, Copiague took home an award for Best Production Value for their musical adaptation of Grease. "Everyone worked hard and it's very nice to be recognized," stated Director Gina Occhiogrosso.
BACCA is a nonprofit arts organization serving the needs of residents, artists, and art organizations in the Town of Babylon.
