Assemblyman Bob Sweeney visited with children and counselors at the Summer Fun Days day camp for children with diabetes, at the Suffolk County Farm in Yaphank. The camp annually serves about 50 boys and girls, ages five to ten, over two weeks in the summer.

The children have opportunities to make friends with other children who have diabetes and participate in diabetes education sessions that help them learn to manage their diabetes.
