Kids Helping Kids hold fundraiser for Jake Brower

Jake Brower (center) of Massapequa is a special 6 year old boy who suffers from Aspergillosis and has had over 30 brain surgeries. Jake's medical bills are estimated to be in the millions of dollars. Kids Helping Kids organized a fundraiser with officers from the NYPD that took place at 104 Main Street Pub in Port Jefferson and raised thousands of dollars to help Jake and his family. Jake is pictured with the Evangelistas, stars of HBO's hit series "Family Bonds" and the dozens of kids who volunteered for the event.
