New ramp at Amity Lauder museum

 The Amityville Historical Society is grateful to both the local Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs for the new ramp for disabled visitors. The project was a joint effort by these two very active clubs. After the Rotarians demolished and removed the old ramp, the Kiwanians applied their well-known mechanical and construction expertise. The attractive, well-built new ramp would even please the late Robert Moses, said Historical Society officials.
