Recently, Mayor Peter T. Imbert met with Congressman-Elect Steve Israel at Village Hall for the first time to discuss the needs of the Village. They also discussed the outstanding projects that Congressman Rick Lazio had been working on. Mayor Imbert stated, "Our meeting was extremely productive and I am confident that Congressman-Elect Israel will bring meaningful funding to our revitalization efforts. I found Steve to be very sincere and personable. He will make a great Congressman for the Second Congressional District."
