What's Up at the Library

•Artist Christopher Reisman will offer a workshop on decorating a seagull rack, Thursday, June 1, 7 to 9 p.m. Registration is underway for Program No. 905.

•A line dancing class taught by Sonia and Rick will be offered Fridays, June 2, 9 and 16, 7 to 8:45 p.m. There is no charge and registration is not required.

•On Saturday, June 3 a course will be offered to create a sports-themed memo board as a Father’s Day gift. Program No. 705 is from 10 to 11 a.m. for ages three to five with a caregiver. Program No. 706 is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for ages 6 and up.

•A trip to Atlantic city will be offered Saturday, June 3. Departure from the library is 8 a.m. and the bus leaves Atlantic City six hours after arrival. The cost is $20 per person. Contact the library for casino and details.

•Instructor Lisa Tumminelli will offer a Microsoft Excel ‘97 workshop, Mondays, June 5, 12 and 19, 7 to 9 p.m. The three-session course takes you from beginner to an advanced level. Some basic computer knowledge is required. Class size is limited to ten students.

•The movie The Cradle Will Rock starring Emily Watson will be the Senior Movie, June 7, noon. Bring lunch; coffee, tea and cake will be supplied.
