Dear Editor:

As a nation, we are in a lot of trouble. Ask yourself if you think government officials should lie to you. The answer is NO. Unfortunately they are lying to us and have been for a very long time! They appease us, throw us a crumb now and then and pat us on the head just to get us to sit down and shut up.
