NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Village of Amityville’s Administrator/ Clerk will receive sealed proposals for:

BID 14-A-02: Emergency Vehicle Remount until 10 am on Thursday, January 7th 2015 at Village Hall, 21 Ireland Place, Amityville, New York 11701 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. No proposals will be accepted after 10 am on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages, all proposals are to be submitted intact. The contract documents may be examined and obtained at Village Hall between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on and after Thursday, December 18th 2014. The Village of Amityville reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, and to accept the bid or part thereof which it deems favorable to the Village after all bids have been examined and checked. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after being publicly opened and read. In the event bids are rejected and/or no bids are received, the Village Administrator/Clerk is authorized to readvertise for bids upon direction from the Board of Trustees. The Village of Amityville encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in all bids.
