NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town of Babylon Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will receive sealed proposals for: BID #09G103 New Highway Rehabilitation Project until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday December 3, 2009 at the Town Hall, 200 E.
