The following incidents have been reported by the Amityville Police Department and Suffolk County Police Departments and other local fire and law enforcement agencies. BURGLARY

Copiague: Someone took a wallet from an Emerson Avenue home during some renovations. The theft occurred on Jan. 24. Police are investigating the incident.

North Amityville: An undisclosed amount of copper was taken from a Columbus Avenue home sometime prior to Jan. 17.

•Upon returning home the evening of Jan. 20, the occupants of an Essen Drive home discovered someone had broken in and had taken various articles. GRAND LARCENY

North Amityville: A 2007 silver Mercedes parked on Carrol Street was stolen Jan. 20.
