•Marie Odell will offer a class in creating a Thanksgiving candle, October 27, 7 to 9 p.m. for adults only. Registration is for Program No. 619.

•A class in creating a Halloween table decoration for children in grades kindergarten through third will be held Saturday, October 28. Program No. 506 is held 10 to 11 a.m. and Program No. 507 is held from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Registration is underway.

•A Hallows Eve Fright Fest will be held Saturday, October 28, 1 to 3 p.m. including creepy crafts, revolting recipes, icky experiments and unusual activities. The best costume will receive a prize. Registration is for Program No. 620.

•A chamber music performance by Long Island based Momentum, featuring flutist Kristine Dougherty and her mother Kathleen on French horn will be held Sunday, October 29, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The recital will include solo repertoire for flute and French horn as well as trios for flute, horn and piano. all are welcome. Registration is for Program No. 622.
